Battling The Demon At Gull Lake Lodge

For the past two weeks, our family has been off camping in the hills of California, for our yearly family vacation. After camping out at one of the local campgrounds for several days, we had planned to stay in a motel for a few days, to get cleaned up and rested, before continuing on in our journey. What we found there surprised us, and furthered our lessons in spiritual warfare.

We had reserved a spot in a motel called ‘The Gull Lake Lodge’ located in June Lake, California. They were like a small one bedroom apartment, with two double beds in the one bedroom, and had a futon sofa and a futon chair in the living room. A bathroom and a small galley kitchen with a nook dining room completed the layout. But the best part, (besides the price of the room,) was that they accepted pets. This meant we could take our pets with us, and not have to leave them with our neighbors back home.

I had read some of the reviews on line about the hotel, and they seemed to be really good, with just a few that were really bad. After what we found there, it would not surprise me if we had stumbled on to the underlying reason for those few discontented reviews.

After scouting out the room, one of my kids called me over to where he was standing. “Mom,” he says to me, “You have got to see this!”

There, on the left side arm of the living room’s main sofa, were drawings of an open ended pentagram, and a sliver of a moon, carved into the light wood of the arm. Other odd markings were also beside it, and I knew that they could be remnants from some kind of satanic ceremony. So I went and got out my blessing oil, (simple pure olive oil, prayed over and set aside for anointing purposes,) and applied it over them, claiming in the name of Jesus, that whatever was there, would stay there, and would not be able to come out and bother us.

Oddly however, even after blessing the satanic markings, we realized that no one, not even our pets, would venture over to that corner of the room. We didn’t think too much of it, until bed time.

Twelve midnight, and all was not well. The boys were arguing over who had to have which bed, and one of the other kids was silently crying in her bed. When I asked her why she was crying, she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something about it all being so hopeless. (VERY unlike her.) The arguing boys soon worked out their decision, but their problems did not stop.

The boy sleeping on the sofa, was struggling greatly just to breathe. His sinuses were clear, so we knew it wasn’t that causing the problem. He said that his heart was racing severely, and he felt like he was choking and could not breathe. This happened only when he was laying down on that sofa futon; the same one that had the images carved into them. When he walked away from the sofa, his breathing cleared and his heart stopped racing.

So we took the futon’s mattress off the wooden frame, and laid it out on the floor, on the other side of the room.

But still, the problems persisted.

I was about to go pray, not knowing what else I could do to deal with the problem, when one of my other boys stopped me.

He told me that he could clearly see the demon, still there in the room, and that is what was troubling my other boy lying on the mattress.

This boy that seen the demon, was the boy that often chooses to not see into the spiritual world, for sometimes what he sees disturbs him. But this time, he insisted on describing to me what he was seeing in great detail, for he felt it was very important to do so.

He could see two large feet trying to balance and touch the floor. They were gray, with four inch long darkened pointed toenails coming out of the feet. He could not see the head. So he looked up to the ceiling, and saw a gray rope with a hangman’s noose on the end of it.

On the back of the demon, there were many items sticking into it, many knives and swords of varying sizes and lengths. My son tried to see the face more clearly, but could only make out red eyes. The rest, God told him, He did not want him to see.

The demon’s feet, was by my other son’s head, the one who was supposed to sleep on that mattress for the night. We thought that sleeping at the other end of the couch might be better. But it wasn’t.

The demon was looking at the boy who was telling me all this, and not at the one trying to sleep on the mattress. It was becoming quite upset, as it realized that this child could actually see him.

At this point, one of the other children, the one sitting on her bed crying in the other room, ventured out to see what was going on. She said she sensed hopelessness, grief, and a spirit of suicide there in the room. She asked for a piece of paper, and began drawing what she was seeing. One was of the demon itself, and the other drawing was what the mattress looked like, as my other son gave up trying to rest upon it.

I told the kids that I didn’t know what else I could do, because I had already used the blessing oil on it, and it didn’t seem to help any. (I was very, very tired, and was sadly at my wits end.)

The son who was watching it quickly and adamantly told me that it DID help, quite a bit, for the oil had formed a light blue force field around the demon, forcing it to be fixed in the corner and remain where it was, and preventing it from venturing too far out into the other rooms.

The drawing my other child drew, showed three large items sticking out of its back; one was a samurai sword, another was a grim reaper scythe, and the third was a stick with a noose on the end of it. The fingernails and toenails were sharply pointed and very black. The eyes she told me, were a piercing bright ruby red. The rest of the demon was all gray.

Both of these children felt very strongly, that all of the wood on the futon was infected by this demon, not just where the carvings were. All of my kids felt that the person who had completed the ritual, had then committed suicide. I wondered if it had been in the motel room, but they felt it had taken place somewhere else, probably at the person’s home.

The kids discussed what they felt would help, and decided that we should all bless each other with the anointing oil, and claim protection from the demon. Once we did this, we all felt better, but still the demon remained.

I turned to the Lord in my mind, wondering what else I could do, and suddenly remembered the Gideon’s Bible I had seen earlier in the bedside table drawer in the other room. So I went and got it out, and turned to Psalm 91, and began to read it out loud. (Psalm 91 is what the Old Testament priests used to say out loud in the temple, whenever evil tried to attack them there. I figured if it was good enough for them, then it would work for me as well, for as a believer, I too, am a priest of the Most High God.)

I also claimed that as we had paid rent to the owners of this room, for the few days of our stay, the room was now within our jurisdiction, and had become our territory for the length of our stay. This meant that for the rented duration, we held the spiritual  authority over it, and as such, could now legally restrain any evil from harming us. I also then asked Jesus to please send His big warrior angels down from heaven, to encamp around us and protect us, and to fight our battles in the unseen world.

One of my kids then told me that it might help if the boy laying on the affected mattress quoted Psalm 91. So I had the child repeat it after me, verse after verse, until the end. At that point, all the kids were all able to get to bed and rest, without any evil spiritual interference.

The next morning, no one complained that the demon had attacked them any further after the events of the night before, but I still wondered if it would be better if we should request another hotel room, now that there were vacancies available. But we all dreaded the work of having to move all of our stuff, and who’s to say that we might not find similar carvings and problems in another room?

In the end, we decided to stay, but to not request to stay another night as we had hoped to, for there were other problems that we faced in the motel room as well. Fleas jumping up onto us and biting us while we slept, light bulbs burnt out leaving us in the dark, propane leakage from the oven and from the larger propane storage tank near by, a severely uncomfortable chair futon mattress, which made it impossible to sleep on, (we had to go and get extra pillows and pads from the car to use instead,) mold in the bathroom and somewhere hidden in the bedroom, and an odd odorous smell underlying one of the mattresses in the bedroom. (I think they may have tried to cover up whatever it is with some kind of perfumed deodorizer, but it didn’t quite work.) Help from the caretaker was not forthcoming, (we contacted them about the light bulb and received no known response,) so we gave up on asking about anything else.

Sad though. The caretaker and owner of this motel may not even have any idea what’s going on in this room, (room number 2,) and I’m not sure if they are even believers. They have responded quite defensively to any who would post a negative review of their stay with them, and have even tried to put the blame back on the people who had complained, claiming they were the ones who had the problem and were crazy and impossible to work with. But I can’t help but wonder…what if the negative reviews were all because of the demonic haunting taking place in that room?

An Angel Of The Lord Led Us

Another dream…

We Christians are being rounded up and kept in a fortress. No barbed wire, but banks of earth surround us, placed there by the government. It was not kept locked; you could come and go from its entrance, but there really was no reason to go elsewhere, for there was nothing outside of it except desolation, or more compounds just like it farther away.

I kept trying to warn those around me, that this government would one day start killing us, (because we were Christians,) but they thought me crazy, and no one really believed me.

Then one fine bright sunny day, on a government-declared holiday, (similar to America’s Fourth of July,) a girlfriend, (somewhat,) came running up to me and my family, just as we were about to step out into the busy public picnic area, calling my name frantically. When she reached us, she told me that I was right; the government was going to kill everyone in the compound, and that she had just seen (and overheard) the pilots talking as they filled up their planes with the poisons.

These were the same three planes that had been scheduled to take part in an acrobatic air show, in honor of the mandated holiday.

She described the poisons as being in two parts, one was a gas the pilots called ‘krylon’, (I could be spelling that wrong,) and the other part was some kind of microscopic computer kill chip that was suspended in a mixture of synthetic blood. This chip was designed to penetrate the skin within moments, and would then be transported directly to the heart, where it attached itself and detonated a powerful electric charge, thereby causing the heart to stop beating. It could travel, (given enough time,) and was programmed to seek out all human life forms within the contained area. When all the people had been killed off, the chips self-destructed and became inert.

We heard the roar of the planes engines as they took to the air. We knew that they would soon be circling round to dump their spray onto the unsuspecting people, as they gathered to picnic out in the main park.

There was no time to run back to warn anyone, nor retrieve any of our belongings, so we started running towards the outer embankments of the compound as fast as we could.

When we were in sight of the embankment, we seen three large planes begin to descend towards us, but I yelled at everyone to keep running. (They were about to give up, thinking it hopeless, but the Spirit of God kept pushing me forward.)

When the planes were almost above us, I seen them open up their bellies, and begin to spray the reddish-brown fluid down upon us and the city. They thought they had gotten us with the poison, but instead had just missed us by a moment or two, thanks to an odd gust of wind that kicked up as we ran.

As we neared the embankment, I searched for one of the tunnel openings, (like an under-pass of a freeway, but with a shallow stream of water beneath it,) and found one not too far ahead. As we ran to it, we heard the planes circle around for another pass, and hid in some bushes nearby, till they passed over us again. (They did not try to spray us again, for they did not see us.)

Then we scrambled over the rocks and water, as we climbed up and out of the tunnel opening. I had gone last, and just as my foot crossed over it, steel-poled gates fell down from the top of the tunnel, sealing everyone else in. We were all surprised by the gates, for no one had even known that they were there.

The Holy Spirit quickly led us out into the ‘desolation’ area, and away from the compound, towards another compound nearby, that had not been scheduled yet for their ‘altercation’. The ‘desolation’ area was called this, because it had no stores or homes in it, and had been ‘returned’ to its ‘natural’ state. But there were scrub bushes, trees, and some patches of grass around us, so it was somewhat simple to remain hidden from prying eyes, as we traveled to the next compound. (There were no real roads to speak of; air travel had become the preferred way to travel. That or subways beneath the earth.)

As we entered into this next compound, and tried to blend in, we realized that we stood out somewhat, in that our dress was just a little different than the others there. So we still kept to the shadows and the greenery, hoping to blend in enough to pass.

I need not have worried. As we entered, an angel of the Lord appeared before us, and led us through the town, to a place where we were told would be safe for us for a while.

As we passed through the center of the town, we went by little kiosks of food snacks that people were selling to the passer-bys. The angel of the Lord led us close to one of them, and asked us if we were hungry, (we were famished, but just realized this at that moment,) and then motioned with his hand to the buckets of snacks, and said, “Eat.”

The nearest bowls of snacks held confections that were a swirled mix of white and milk chocolate, shaped into small sea shells. We each grabbed a handful or two, as we passed on by, being careful not to cause any to be spilled, (which would get the seller’s attention,) and thereby raising an alarm.

As we passed, I looked back to see how much we had taken from the seller. I was concerned that we had taken too much, and did not want the man to take a loss on his product, as I knew he was just trying to make a living by selling them. But when I looked closer, I found that the baskets were just as full as they had been before, with maybe a few more to top them off. I was relieved.

I kept thinking that we could be seen, and indeed were seen, but somehow, the angel of the Lord shielded us from being seen by those who might mean us harm.

When we reached the ‘safe’ houses, we were split up into different homes, so it would be easier to hide us from the authorities.

In the home I was placed in, one of them understood my problem and wanted me there, and her mate did not. They had one teenage son who was ill with a sore on his neck, and in bed.

Someone nearby, became suspicious of the house I was hiding in, and went to the local authorities. Soon, the government was at the door, to search the house, so I had to find a hiding place.

The first few times of this, was simple, for their search effort was only half-hearted; they came in mostly to question the mom and dad, and not really to search the whole house well to find me. But their visits became more frequent, and their searches more intense. At one point, I went downstairs, and was told by the Holy Spirit, to take a half-full (huge) box of blankets, and dump it over on top of me. When they came downstairs to search the room, they slit open the top of the box I was hiding under, pulled out a few blankets, and then left, figuring I was not there.

The couple was worried about their son, concerned they would be denied help cause of me, so I asked them if they wanted me to lay my hands on the wound. Slowly, with uncertainty, they said yes.

When I went to go wash my hands first, God told me no, and to hold them up to the red heating lamp in their bathroom instead. But I felt this would not sanitize them well enough, so I went over to the mirrored sink and began washing my hands. But the voice inside reprimanded me. “You are not doing what I told you to do.” So I stopped, but it was too late; I had been seen by a police man.

He ran around front to get me, but I ran out the back door and away from the house.

Soon many were out searching for me, so I went underground in the subways to hide.

The subways of this city amazed me; they were so perfectly covered in glossy light blue-green square tiles, reminiscent of the color of water. They were on the floor, the walls, and even the ceiling.

As I made my way down, every so often God would tell me to hide, or press myself into the halls alcove areas that were spread out at regular intervals, and remain still. But after a while I began to question this, for I never seen anyone else in the tunnels. I was about to not do it, when God let me know that I was to do so, for the tunnels were watched by remote sensors that picked up movement, every few minutes or so. The Holy Spirit was helping me avoid the motion detectors, by having me duck into the little ‘doorway-like’ alcoves whenever the sensor was trained to where I was. So I followed the Holy Spirit’s nudges as I made my way through the tunnels.

At one point, I could have taken a right turn, yet I sensed it would only lead me down into further trouble, as it clearly sloped downwards as far as I could see, deeper into the earth, and I could hear the faint sounds of voices and human habitation echoing off the walls in the distance. In that hallway, there were no alcoves, and I sensed from the Holy Spirit that there were no motion sensors there either.

Then my alarm went off, and I woke up.

They Were Looking For Food

This is a dream that one of my younger children had,
About two months after the BP oil spill in the Gulf.
I have written it here, as it was described to me…

It is the Holly Days season again,
sometime in December.
I couldn’t tell what year it was,
But I sensed it was somewhere in America.

At first, it seemed like the usual Christmas holiday season
that rolls around every year,
with the holiday music blaring out their repeated tunes,
and the television adds pushing products
with the usual consumer commercialism,
but then I realized that something was very different.
There were still many shoppers out and about,
trying to find that perfect present for the people on their list,
but this year, THEY WERE LOOKING FOR FOOD.

Yes, there was a few of the usual presents
that people usually give out to each other under the tinseled fir tree,
like toys for toddlers or the other usual pre-wrapped or boxed items,
but for the most part, (eighty percent?,) were hoping to buy special food.

Whatever they thought that person on their list would like to eat,
THAT was their purchase of choice.
It was whatever that person’s special favorite food was.

It didn’t matter if it was caviar, shrimp, or fillet minion,
or something as simple as macaroni and cheese;
whatever it took to make that person’s favorite dish,
that is what was being shopped for.

But they weren’t always finding it.

At first the items became more expensive,
In some cases prohibitively so,
but then towards the end, they were almost impossible to find at any price.

Those that had the foods, didn’t want to sell them no matter what was offered,
for they were beginning to realize that all food was becoming more scarce,
and that they may need it themselves for survival.

The dream then formed like a movie clip,
with the camera focusing in on one random family all gathered together
eating their special holiday meals around the dining room table.
The younger members of the family were thankful
for the special foods that they had been given,
digging in with gusto and enjoying every bite,
but some of the older members of the family were still sad,
for they could still remember what previous holidays had been like,
and they had hoped to come closer to reliving them again.

The view then panned back out and the dream ended.
