What About The Children?

Two pieces of dreams…

These are from the same child that predicted Obama’s presidency, when he was first seen as a possible nominee. They are re-told here in my words, as they were described to me…

The government found that they did not have enough money to keep the public schools open, so they were now closing them.

Government run pre-schools, kindergarten classes, elementary schools, junior high, and high school, all were closing, for lack of funds.

The people cried out in opposition, exclaiming “You can’t just close down schools! What about the children? They are our future! Isn’t anyone willing to invest in our children’s future? They are the future of America!” But the cries fell on defeated ears, for all the money (both government money and private sector gift money) that might have been available, was now gone. The seemingly never-ending flow of money had dried up.

So, school by school, the children found themselves back at home full time, with nothing to do. They missed their friends, and had become loyal to the government that had tried to give them the education they felt was owed to them. Most of the children blamed their parents for their school closing, claiming they (and especially those before them,) had spent way too much money on themselves, and had not cared enough to save enough for their future.

Parents were suddenly faced with spending huge amounts of time with their child, a child that seemed almost like a stranger to them. They had not realized just how much the public schools had raised them.

This created havoc within families and households. Many families and marriages fell apart during this time, for they could not handle the sudden stress of having to take care of their own children full time. They were angry at having to suddenly deal with their own rebellious children. How could they do anything with them now that they were back with them? It was like seeing friends suddenly opposing each other as enemies of war. It was very painful to see.

Christians were not spared from this problem, and alas, they were suddenly able to see with hind sight 20/20, just how much the public schools had indoctrinated their children into views that were opposed to their own. Undoing such indoctrination was difficult, time consuming, and almost impossible, and it often ripped the family apart, unless there was much intercessory prayer by at least one of the parents. Many of the parents did not have this kind of faith, nor did they really know how to pray. (I also sensed that many did not even want to know, for they were angry at God and blamed Him for letting this happen to them in the first place.)

Those parents that were raising and educating their children themselves, had no real shock to the family system, for they were used to spending large amounts of time with their kids. The only major change for them, was that there were kids all around them, that were suddenly not going to school. (Most of the public schooled kids refused to be schooled at home by anyone.)

Those adults who had worked so hard (and often went into great debt,) in order to go to a university and get a degree, were angry and bitter, for they felt that they also, had been lied to. They had been told, that if they only were able to get that good education, that university degree, then they would have a good paying job just waiting for them when they graduated. But such (sometimes highly specialized) degrees were soon found to be worthless, for the jobs had slowly dwindled away. They simply weren’t there for anyone anymore.

If you have children in the public school system, PLEASE spend time with them now, before it is too late! Put down the ipad, iphone, gaming system, or computer, and focus on them. Listen to them. Then take your cares and findings to our God, and petition them to Him. Keep doing so, until they are resolved. Keep repeating this process, over and over again. Above all, KNOW GOD! He is calling all His people back to Him NOW.

May the Lord deliver you and your loved ones from every evil work, and preserve you unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen!
