A Miracle: The Angel and Their First Customer

In an effort to bring in more money into the household, my husband started up a business. Him and his partners did their research, and knew that there was a great need for the product that they had created. So they were quite confused when, after almost two years, they had not even had one customer. They met and discussed closing the business.

That night, my youngest was woken up in the middle of the night by a very bright light. It shined out from the corner of his room. It waited, and when my son refused to get up, it shined brighter. (He was very tired.) Finally my son realized that it wouldn’t go away and let him sleep, till he got up and gave it some attention.

When he arose, the light dimmed, and he could see an angel of the Lord standing before him.

The angel told him, that the reason his father’s business had no customers, is that there was a pagan man praying to his god to bless this company (he was a friend of one of the partners,) and this man’s prayers were actually a curse upon the company. The angel told him he was to tell us to bind up this man’s prayers, and break their bonds and cords, and claim that they are as nothing.

The angel then said that the company could grow and be a help to us and one day even help out the body of Christ, if we prayed for it. The angel said it needed the prayers of his mother, to help it succeed. (At the time, my husband was doing this on his own, and hadn’t really talked to me about it.) The angel further said that when someone would ask about why the company was so successful, we were to say it was because of Jesus.

My husband was amazed at the message, for he had not told his youngest anything about the company’s problem.

We talked about it and came to an agreement. Then we bound up this man’s prayers in the name of Jesus.

Three days later they got their first customer!

Today, the company is growing, and we give all credit for its success to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Hanukkah is a time to remember the miracles on one’s life. This was one of them.

May you be blessed with miracles in your journey with the Lord,

A Miracle: Saved From A Gas Fire

This miracle recalls a cold night many years ago, while my husband was out of the state, traveling for work.

The heater was having a hard time keeping up with the severe cold snap that California was having. So at one point, one of the boys asked me if we could start a fire in the fireplace. So I called my husband and got instructions from him on how to do it. (My husband was the one who usually lit any fires in the fireplace.)

I built up the logs for the fire, and then went to put the gas starter on, but felt the Holy Spirit tell me to wait.

“Have everyone back up first before you light the fire.”

So I told the kids to back way up and to stay there. They had watched their father light the fire before, and knew how it suddenly would flare into life. They obeyed me.

I turned on the gas and then lit the fire.

WOOSH! The fire had reached out through the entire length of the living room, filling it with flames. I felt the heat of it against my face, as I watched it race outwards. I starred at my children through the fire, greatly relieved that they were out of reach of the flames.

Thankfully the fire quickly dissipated back into the fireplace, and left nothing burning except the logs in the fire place.

I then told the kids that they could come forward to get warm by the fire.

The next night, the extreme cold snap had broken, so we no longer felt the need for a fire. We didn’t stay too much in the living room however, for I could still smell the gas every now and then. I kept trying to tighten the gas starter, but it didn’t seem to help. Finally my husband returned home and discovered that the gas starter had a leak in its pipe. We were both very thankful that the Lord Jesus Christ had saved our Children and our house from the gas fire!

Hanukkah is a time to recount miracles. This was one of ours.

Blessings to you and yours,

A Miracle: I Could Breathe

(Note: This took place some years ago, before I understood about claiming. Now, I no longer get a cold or the flu.)

I had a horrible cold. It had entered into my lungs and made breathing difficult. Even all the over-the-counter medicines could not seem to make a dent in it.

One night during the worst of it, I was startled awake to see one of my angels, sitting at the base of the bed. I lay there, not quite awake, starring at her.

I had seen this angel before, concerning a healing. I think of her as a she because of her petite body, fine long hair, and soft voice, but please know; angels don’t have a sex. She says her name is spelled “Ade”, though it is pronounced “Aid”.

“Do not breathe in deep!” she instructed me.

I then realized that I had stopped breathing.

Of course, the moment she said not to do this, I wanted to.

She then told me to take very small breaths, almost like panting, till my lungs opened back up.

It was hard; I wanted to pull in the air quickly, for I was starting to feel a bit faint from the lack of it, but I did as Ade instructed. I could feel the resistance; my lungs had glued together while I slept. Panic attacked me. Slowly, my lungs peeled back open bit by bit, till I was able to get an average breath in. I then started coughing up all the mucus that was in my way, till I could breathe freely again.

When I finished my hacking, I looked back at the foot of the bed to see if the angel was still there, but she had already left. I knew the Lord had just saved me from certain death; if I had tried to breathe in as normal, I would have found that I could not, and I would have tried to force it, which would have caused my lungs to lock up and freeze shut.

I Thank You Jesus Christ for saving me!

Hanukkah is a time when we share the miracles which the Lord Jesus Christ and the Father have done in our lives. This little miracle is one of them.

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you greatly with your own miracles,
